At MANTRA, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and transparently. This policy outlines how we manage the shipping of physical products, including timelines, delivery issues, and eligibility for returns.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, EU, USA, UAE and Australia. Other International shipping is not available at this time - but we're working on it!

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends)
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your order
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by Royal Mail, it is considered successfully delivered.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels after this point.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

Check safe places, neighbours, or household members

Contact Royal Mail directly for delivery confirmation
6. Delays & Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our control, including (but not limited to):

Courier disruptions or delays

Strikes or supply chain issues

Acts of God or government action
We will always do our best to keep you informed and help where possible.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur an additional reshipping charge or a partial refund for the value of the item.
8. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@mantraldn.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the following:

Clear photos of the damage or defect

A short description of the issue
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Claims made after 7 days are not eligible for refund or replacement.
9. Returns
We only accept returns for damaged or faulty items, as described above.
