At MANTRA, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for physical goods only.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns / allow refunds for damaged or faulty items.
To be eligible:

You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Returns / Refunds are not accepted for:

Change of mind

Accidental damage

Normal wear and tear

Digital products, guides, or subscriptions (non-refundable)
- Colour - all combs are made of bamboo, a natural material, and each may vary. Every comb is one of a kind.
2. How to Request a Return / Refund
To request a return, email support@mantraldn.com with the following:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the damage or defect

A brief description of the issue
We will assess your claim and respond within 2 working days.
3. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, you must return the item to us within 14 days

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked service - we are not responsible for returns lost in transit
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider

If the return is not eligible, the item will not be refunded or returned to you
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged item, we may issue a replacement at our discretion based on stock availability.
6. Digital Products & Services
All sales of digital guides, courses, or memberships are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you agree to waive your right to a refund for digital products as per our [Terms & Conditions].
